Image

Overpricing your Home We know you love your home, but don’t worry, others will too if it’s priced fairly. Overpricing your home will only result in a stale listing and further price reductions. 3. Evaluate locations.  Are there enough amenities and attractions to keep you— and renters—coming back year after year? 3. Talk to the locals.  What do they love about the area? What’s changing?
