98-story Waldorf Astoria coming to Downtown Miami




The $1 Billion skyrise Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences in Downtown Miami by renowned architects Sieger Suarez and Carlos Ott, has secured a pre-construction loan and now prepares to launch sales by late 2020.

The building will be centrally located in 300 Biscayne Blvd and will feature 140 hotel rooms and 400 condo units.

The hotel and condo building will reach approximately 1,040 sqft and be 98 stories tall, making it the new tallest residential building south of New York. The current tallest residential tower in Miami is Panorama at 868 sqft with 81 floors.
