Three-story high tech mini golf coming soon to Brickell

Brickell City Center just announced its new tenant: Puttshack. The 29,000 sqft facility will include interactive leader boards, super tubes, a prize wheel and a rooftop area for events with great views of downtown Miami. Scheduled to open Spring 2021, Puttshack will be located on floors 4-6 just above Luna Park in Brickell City Center. 

 Puttshack already has locations in the UK and will soon be opening locations in Atlanta and Illinois.

NEW YORK – Property taxes vary significantly across the nation’s 50 largest metros. How much homeowners pay in property taxes largely depends on where they live and what their home is worth. Homeowners in the lowest property tax metro, Birmingham, Ala., pay about $7,700 less than their counterparts in the New York metro area, which has the highest property taxes in the U.S. Property taxes in Birmingham average $753 (homes without a mortgage); property taxes in New York City average $8,180.
