Wharf Miami

As Miami continues to grow, the same can now be said for its historically underutilized riverside district.
Developers Driftwood Capital and MV Real Estate Holdings have announced plans to develop the Riverside Wharf Miami. Two towers rising 10 stories have been proposed, which will include the Dream Miami luxury hotel with 165 rooms, along with restaurant and entertainment spaces. A private marina and public riverwalk are also in the works. Architecture and landscape design will be by Jon Cardello of Cube3 architects and Savino-Miller Design Studio. Construction is planned to begin in 2022, with completion in 2025.

More information to come as it becomes available.
